With an 80% chance of rain forecast for today, we decided to lay over - another day for Rick, a much need rest for me. My feet need it. We had a super great breakfast with the Trivetts: 2 eggs, bacon, grits, coffee and lots of biscuits with apple jelly. Went to the post office and talked with Tittle Hughes, the Postmaster. Met one of the guys who was at Grassy Ridge the night before and his friend.
Sat around writing letters today. Had lunch at the hamburger joint down the road with the juke box. Bought 2 frozen pizzas and heated them up at the Trivetts for supper. Also had ice cream and oranges and milk. Packed up tonight. Leo, Rick and Louise and another guy and girl staying here at the Trivetts tonight. Almost a full house.
